How to Design Seasons Greeting Card in MS Word 2007 - 2013

Tools needed for this tutorial are:
Plague shape
braces
A flower extracted from click art

Procedure
1. To  get the brace shape click on Insert >>>  brace
    Adjust the brace shape and to the edge of the page
    Duplicate the shape into four and place them left, right, up and down
    Click or select all the shapes right click and under grouping click group

2. Goto insert>>>> shape select the plage shape
    click and draw  to fill the whole page

3. Goto Insert >>>> Clip Art
    On the clip art pane search box, type ring
    Click the first image 
    When the image appears right click and select edit picture this is to ungroup the whole picture and
    extract the flower.
    Delete all other images leaving only the flower
   Highlight or select the flower and group 
  After that, change the colour of the flower to blue and then duplicate them into four  and place them at the four corners of the plaque shape.
