1. Write down your  IMEI and model of your modem

2. Go to Unlock Code Calculator. This is the online version that helps you calculate your code. You have to    sign in with your google account to do this.

4. Insert another operator sim card to your modem, 

5. when prompted for unlock code, enter the unlock code  (copy and paste unlock code) generated from this site.
