Best ways to create password for computer

1.       Restart your computer in safe mode:

a.     Click start >> Turn off  Computer >> Restart

b.     While your computer restarts quickly press F8

c.       Wait for it a while to load and use your arrow keys select  Safe Mode option and hit the enter key.

d.      When the “ Windows Welcome” screen appears, click  Administrator to Log on.

2.      Click start locate the control panel, you will see User Accounts, Click Change an account.

Under “pick an account to change” Click Administrator > Create Password.

3.      Type in your desire password

With this settings nobody can Hack into your account to remove the password, or change your password.  Remember doing this under safe mode makes it hard and difficult for anybody to Boot your computer without your permission.
